Hey Monday es una banda de punk rock / metal alternativo de Florida, Estados unidos. Su álbum debut "Hold on tight" fue lanzado el 7 de octubre de 2008 a través de columbia records y Decaydance. El primer sencillo del álbum, titulado "Homecoming", debutó en una cinta del grupo Fall Out boy.
Hey Monday también participó en la gira Believers Never Die Part Deux durante abril y mayo del 2009, compartiendo créditos con Fall Out Boy, Cobra Starship, All Time Low (del que ya hablamos ayer en MW) y Metro Station. Realizaron su gira debut durante junio y julio de 2009.
La cantante Cassadee también aparece en la canción "Take My Hand", del grupo The Cab. Cassadee también hizo una aparición con Fall Out Boy en el vídeo de "America's Suitehearts".
